How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, we begin processing your healthy goodies.

You will receive an email containing the details of your order  and in this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.

You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

How do I pay for my Superbites superfoods?

Superbites offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that Superbites trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use your Debit/Credit Card or opt for Cash on Delivery option to make your purchase.

Superbites accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India and other countries.

Can I buy a gift on the online store?

Yes! we would love to send gifts on your behalf. After you have chosen your products, use your address for billing and enter your friends address as the shipping address. This way the bill is sent to you, while our goodies are delivered to your friend :-)

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You will receive a tracking number along with your order confirmation and you can use this to track your order. You could write to us regarding issues by clicking on the dialogue box on the right hand corner at the bottom of our online store. You could also email us at reachus@superbites.in 

When and how can I cancel my order?

We handcraft our products in small quantities, hence, once you place your order, it cannot be cancelled. Sorry!

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for pick up?

Returns are possible but you gotta give us a good reason. We make our products with love and care. But if you find anything incorrect in our products, don't hesitate to call us on +91-9590606011 or email us at reachus@superbites.in with the problem and we will make sure to address it and return your money. 

What are the delivery charges?

There is no delivery charge for orders above Rs. 400, our minions will be most happy to drop it to your door step for free! All orders below Rs. 400 will be charged a delivery fee of Rs. 100.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery takes 5-7 working days. We prepare our Superfoods frequently but in small batches to ensure that our product reaches you fresh. So please bear with us as we process your order and ship it. We are sure that our healthy, yet tasty goodies will be worth the wait!

Does Superbites deliver Internationally?

Currently we do not deliver internationally, but do write to us if you have an urge to eat some of our irresistible goodies and maybe we will find a way to reach them to you :-)
